Ardiana has over eighteen years of professional experience in project management, public management, coordination, and research, from design to implementation.

She has substantial experience in drafting, amendment, and analysis of Laws and By Laws as well as designing, implementing, and monitoring National and Local programs and strategic plans.

Ardiana has coordination and managing skills while working with different working groups locally, regionally, nationally, or internationally in leading different processes and activities, most of which were related to policies, cross-cutting strategies, and action plans.
